2010 REGISTERED BOYS TEAMS

Please note that we have again been informed by the Eastern Ontario District Soccer Association (EODSA) that their Tournament Registration Limitation Policy that limits the total number of full-field teams that can participate in ALL EODSA-goverened tournaments on any particular week-end, to 160 teams, will be adhered to again this year. Consequently, since there is another tournament (The Pat O'Kane Tournament for senior men's and women's teams) taking place on the week-end of June 5 and 6, 2010 and they have requested to host 40 teams, the allotment to the Icebreaker's Boys' Tournament has been limited this year to 120 teams.
      Reminder:

      Please remember that we do not need your players rosters at this time. We simply need to know that you exist as a team and in which division of your league you will be playing this summer. The rest of your team's details will be gathered at a later date.

      PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PAGE WILL NOT BE UP-DATED AGAIN UNTIL MARCH 12 - BUT WE ARE STILL ACCEPTING REGISTRATIONS.

        To date, the total of accepted U-12 and older teams amounts to:
          82 TEAMS (Over 68% of the maximum number of Full-Field teams that we are allowed to accept!)
          In addition, we have the following number of teams on the WAITING LIST for entry acceptance into their team's respective U-12 to U-18 Age Group and Pool:

        The success of our tournament relies heavily on the combination of great volunteers and the partnerships that we have established with our sponsors. Hudson Travel Group is the exclusive travel partner for the Icebreaker Soccer Tournament. As has been the case for a couple of years, one of the criteria for acceptance into the Icebreaker tournament will be that your hotel accommodations have been secured through the Hudson Travel Group. Hudson has secured blocks of rooms at reasonable prices at all of the participating host hotels. So, please be sure to contact them early in order to reserve your team's rooms. We thank you in advance for your support.

          BOYS ICE POOL

          OSA Level #3 teams,
          Quebec "AA" Level teams,
          EODSA "L-5 Mini Premier" (U-10 or U-11) teams,
          EODSA U-12 "L-5 Premier 1" teams,
          Any team playing at the highest level within an Ontario Regional or a
          Multi-Jurisdictional league, and/or
          Teams playing at the highest level within their own League.
          Teams that qualify to play in the Snow Pool but ask to play in the Ice Pool may be allowed to play in the Ice Pool.
          OYSL and LSEQ teams will play in the Ice Pool, but in an age group that is one year older than the age group in which they are registered for play in their outdoor League.
          All teams must play in an outdoor League this coming summer.

                Ice Pool-qualified teams that are "playing up" by at least one year.
                Teams qualified to play in the Snow Pool may ask to play in the Ice Pool.
